Distillery ManagerJoin a growing distillery operation where you'll play a key role in driving production, quality, safety, and team performance. As the Distillery Manager, you'll lead daily distillery operations, oversee production planning, and support a high-performing team in a future state 24/7 manufacturing environment. This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on operational excellence while helping produce industry-leading spirits.What You'll DoLead daily distillery operations to ensure production goals, quality standards, and customer expectations are met.Develop and execute production schedules while managing raw materials and production supplies.Promote a strong safety culture through training, compliance initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.Troubleshoot operational challenges and implement solutions to improve efficiency, quality, and performance.Coach, develop, and lead production team members while fostering a positive and productive work environment.Qualifications/RequirementsRequiredBachelor's degree.5+ years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing, production, or processing environment.3+ years of leadership experience in a distillery, beverage, food manufacturing, or similar industrial setting.PreferredEngineering or related technical degree.Experience in distilling, food and beverage manufacturing, or a closely related industry.Culture and BenefitsSazerac offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid time off, and more.
