Distribution Associate - BioPlus Specialty PharmacyOnsite: This role requires associates to work from the posted locations full-time, enabling consistent face-to-face collaboration, teamwork, and direct engagement. Through our distinct clinical expertise, digital capabilities, and broad access to specialty medications across a wide range of conditions, we deliver an elevated experience, affordability, and personalized support throughout the consumer's treatment journey.The Distribution Associate - BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy is responsible for preparing items for shipment, processing incoming stock, and restocking packing supplies.How you will make an impact:Picks product, packages shipments according to product specific protocols, and prepares shipping labels.Processes incoming stock and verifies quantities received against packing slips and purchase orders.Restocks packing supplies and maintains a clean and orderly warehouse.Makes deliveries on an as needed basis.Minimum Requirements:Requires a H.S. diploma or equivalent and the ability to lift at least 50 pounds.Valid driver's license may be required.Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:At least 3 months of related experience.Ability to work independently, and strong oral and written communication skills.Proficiency in the use of MS Office software including Excel, Word, and Outlook.Job Level: Non-Management Non-ExemptWorkshift:Job Family: Logistics & DistributionElevance Health operates in a Hybrid Workforce Strategy.
