Job description
Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Learning Program Manager to support our new distribution center in Ellabell, GA.
This role acts as the subject-matter expert on distribution center training and development, delivering e-courses, classroom sessions, guides, QRCs, and more. You will foster a learning culture, manage holistic L&D solutions, and partner with management and HR to deliver programs that meet business goals.
