Come join our TJX family—a Fortune 100 company and the world's leading off-price retailer.The Distribution Center Loss Prevention Supervisor is responsible for the Loss Prevention, Physical Security and Fire Safety Programs within the DC, training and development, and works in partnership with Operations management to protect company assets and resolve shrink related issues.Responsibilities include and are not limited to:Lead hourly associates in the implementation and execution of all loss prevention, physical security and safety programs within the DCProvide supervision of onsite and offsite Contract Security OfficersEnsure all shrink awareness, access control, alarm system management, merchandise audit, security programs, trailer and seal controlSecure facility and its associates during emergencies and labor-related concerns and eventsProvide training of LP associates within the building to ensure technical and professional developmentDevelop, in conjunction with the facilities management and DC Occupational Health and Safety staff, fire/safety programs to ensure compliance with company insurance, OSHA and NFPA guidelinesDevelop highly trained and competent hourly staff for future business needsDevelop relationships with outside agencies, local police, fire departments, insurance companies and external security agenciesLead respective team through all investigations within the DCPerform special projects as assignedRequirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experienceKnowledge of Distribution Center operationsAbility and desire to learn Loss Prevention, physical security and safety regulationsAbility and desire to learn Investigations/interviewing skillsAbility and desire to learn skills related to directing security operations and Loss Prevention processesBenefits include Associate discount; 401(k) match; medical/dental/vision; HSA; health care FSA; life insurance; short/long-term disability; paid holidays/vacation /sick/bereavement/parental leave; EAP; incentive programs; auto/home insurance discounts; scholarship program; adoption/surrogacy assistance; smoking cessation; child care/cell phone discounts; pet/legal insurance; credit union; referral bonuses.
