The work schedule is Sunday to Tuesday (Mid-day shift) but may be subject to change depending on operational and business needs, potentially requiring employees to work weekends and holidays as well. You may need to work different hours in the beginning for training purposes.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAccurately locate and pick item as per the pick ticket by using RF scannerChecking the products against the order form to ensure accuracyInvoicing and tracking orders by using electronic systemPacking and sorting orders according to shipping requirementsPerforming shipping and receiving activitiesStocking and replenishing products on the shelvesMaintaining a clean and safe work area and replenishing supplies as neededProcessing customer returns in the systemParticipating in inventory countsInputting manual orders into the systemPrepare completed jobs for the next departmentMatching work order numerically to tray numberComplete tasks within the frames departmentQUALIFICATIONSJob experience will be considered in place of high school diploma or GEDProficient in English (ability to read, write, and speak fluently)Manufacturing experience a plusComputer proficiency, including the ability to work in multiple systems simultaneously (may be required for data entry position)The ability to meet measurable standards in a dynamic production environmentDepth perception, use of fine motor skills and manual dexterityThe ability to handle multiple requests effectively in a fast-paced environmentSolid problem-solving skillsThe ability to follow directionsA track record demonstrating responsibility and reliabilityWill be organized and will have manual dexterityAn accountable and self-motivated work ethicAttention to detail and precisionAutonomousTeam playerMust be able to walk/stand for full duration of the shiftAbility to adapt to changeBe able to perform repetitive movements with upper and lower extremitiesMust be able to regularly lift 10 poundsThis posting is for an existing vacancy within our business.
