Job description
Assist with digging, trenching, pole setting, and site preparation
Handle tools, materials, and equipment for linemen and operators
Set up work zone protection, including flagging and traffic control
Assemble materials on the ground and assist with hoisting using handlines
Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites and vehicles
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Support crew operations as directed
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
CDL preferred or willingness to obtain
Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors
Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment
Working Conditions
Work is performed outside in all types of weather environments.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to bend, climb, stoop, stand, and lift for long periods of time.
Substantial movements of the hands, wrists, and/or fingers.
Required to have close visual acuity to perform job duties.
