Job PostingJob Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist with digging, trenching, pole setting, and site preparationHandle tools, materials, and equipment for linemen and operatorsSet up work zone protection, including flagging and traffic controlAssemble materials on the ground and assist with hoisting using handlinesMaintain cleanliness and organization of job sites and vehiclesFollow all safety procedures and company policiesSupport crew operations as directedRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentCDL preferred or willingness to obtainAbility to perform physically demanding work outdoorsStrong work ethic and ability to work in a team environmentWorking ConditionsWork is performed outside in all types of weather environments.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.Ability to bend, climb, stoop, stand, and lift for long periods of time.Substantial movements of the hands, wrists, and/or fingers.Required to have close visual acuity to perform job duties.Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
