Job description
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission seeks a Trial Attorney (Distributions Trial Attorney) in the Division of Enforcement, Office of Distributions, to oversee distributions of monetary recoveries under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and ensure timely, compliant administration of disgorgement funds or Fair Funds. Applicants must have a J.D.
or LL.B. degree and be admitted to the bar in good standing, with one year of specialized experience at GS/SK-14 level or equivalent.
