Job description
H&R Block is seeking a District Experience Manager to lead a district of approximately 32 retail tax offices through a team of 7-8 Area Experience Leaders. You will translate regional priorities into actions that deliver a high-quality client experience, strong associate engagement, and solid results.
Day-to-day responsibilities include coaching leaders, reinforcing service standards, prioritizing actions with data, and building district talent plans to hire, develop, and retain strong teams
