Requirements for Success

Team player and be willing to jump into any task and get it done.
Possess strong mathematical, analytical and sales skills.
Must be extremely organized.
Able to work independently, multi-task in a fast pace and demanding work environment.
Strong attention to detail while producing accurate and high quality work.
Available to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, mornings, early-mornings, afternoons, evenings and late-night shifts.
Comfortable with a computer/technology, ability to quickly shift focus, phone etiquette, and good at math.
Energetic.
Good interpersonal skills.
Great fitness role model.
Good musicality (stays on the beat, this isn’t applicable to all classes most though).
Clear communicator (cues well).
Great motivator.
Dependable.
Trouble shoot basic audio equipment issues.
5+ years teaching GFit formats.
Proactively mentor newer instructors.
Previous team management skills.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to produce management reports.
Qualifications
Nationally accredited Group Exercise Certification
Group Fitness Certification, Specialty Certification, CPR Cert.
Must have a valid Driver’s License.
Must be able to maintain clean motor vehicle record throughout employment.Must have reliable transportation to and from multiple job locations.
Salary Pay Range
$45,000—$75,000 USD
