Job description
Jeff's Bagel Run in Charleston, SC is seeking a District Manager – Sales & Growth to drive market expansion across greater Charleston. This is a sales-first leadership role split roughly 60–70% growth and 30–40% operations oversight with four GM reports.
You'll own catering and wholesale pipelines, lead local marketing and partnerships, and establish a repeatable sales cadence. The position is field-based with no fixed office and offers upside in annual bonus.
