Job description
Somersault Operating Inc., the largest franchisee of The Little Gym, seeks a District Manager to lead 6–12 gyms with a people-first approach. You will coach Gym Directors and Program Directors, travel regularly to sites, and drive enrollment, retention, and profitability across your district.
You’ll partner with Directors to ensure outstanding member experiences, maintain brand standards, and foster a thriving leadership culture. This role is hands-on and local, with travel required.
