Job description
The Home Depot is seeking a District Human Resources Manager to partner with six to thirteen stores across the district. You will drive talent readiness, associate engagement, compliance and organizational effectiveness, aligning people strategies with business goals and company values.
You will lead talent management, leadership development, and workforce planning while partnering with AR and Legal to handle associate relations and investigations.
