Job description
Blue Rhino, a Ferrellgas company, is seeking a District Manager to lead a multi-location district with a strong emphasis on ownership of P&L, safety, and growth. This field-based role requires directing operations, developing customer relationships, and guiding a team across locations with travel between sites.
You will own and improve district performance, mentor staff, ensure DOT/safety compliance, and expand market share through proactive leadership.
