Job description
Safelite Group, Inc. is seeking a District Manager to drive long term market strategy by leading a team of store leaders. You will oversee sales and operations across your district, build relationships with associates, customers and insurers, and stay aligned with industry best practices to adapt district plans.
You will manage P&L, foster a high-performance culture, and partner with national leaders to implement standardized playbooks while coaching leaders toward KPIs and retention goals.
