Job description
Safelite Group is seeking a District Manager in New York to lead and develop a team of store leaders, driving long-term market strategy and achieving profit and sales goals. You will report to a Regional VP and oversee all field sales and operations within your district.
In this role you’ll partner with associates, customers and insurance agents, monitor performance against plans, and implement best practices to grow market share while maintaining a high standard of customer experience.
