Job description
Dollar Tree is seeking a District Manager in Peoria, IL. You will oversee the operations of multiple stores in partnership with Store Managers assigned to your district, empowering leaders to deliver an exceptional shopping experience for customers.
Travel up to 50% with overnight stays to support district operations. You will develop leaders, analyze sales, manage payroll and cash controls, maintain inventory and shrinkage, and recruit/train associates to deliver value to customers.
