Job description
ALDI USA is seeking motivated individuals for the District Manager Trainee (DMT) program. Over a 44-week training period, you will gain knowledge and hands-on experience preparing you to oversee multiple ALDI stores as a district manager.
You will work closely with store managers to ensure exceptional customer service, foster a positive working environment, and drive operational excellence. Starting salary is $105,000 with a $5,000 signing bonus.
