Job description
Kohl's is seeking a District Loss Prevention Manager to design and implement the LP program across 15+ selling locations in Iowa. You will drive results by reducing inventory shortages, controlling budgets, and ensuring operational compliance.
You will lead audits, store visits, onboarding of LP staff, and cross-functional partnerships with law enforcement to investigate theft and fraud, while maintaining safety standards.
