Job description
The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a District Loss Prevention Manager (DLPM) to lead a multi-unit LP team, investigate theft, and partner with district and store leadership to reduce shrink. The role focuses on training, staffing, and driving loss prevention strategies across stores within the district.
You will coach staff, align with operations, and support a culture of customer service, safety, and compliance while building strong partnerships with law enforcement when needed.
