Job description
Cosmoprof Beauty is seeking a District Manager to lead store teams across the Charlotte area, elevating the customer experience and driving sales, KPIs, and brand standards. You’ll align field execution with corporate strategy, partner with Business Partners, and monitor region performance.
The role requires 5+ years in retail management or merchandising, multi-unit leadership, strong recruiting and coaching skills, and travel to stores and events.
