District Manager - Contract Foodservice

75% Travel | No Relocation Offered
$130,000 to $150,000 + Bonus & Benfits
We’re partnered with a leading contract foodservice operator looking for a District Manager to oversee 5–7 locations supporting operations across multiple markets.
This is a true people leadership role for a strong multi-unit operator who knows how to develop General Managers, maintain high operational standards, and build strong client relationships.
You’ll spend approximately 75% of your work week in the business, working directly with your teams and leaders across the portfolio.
What You’ll Be Doing
Oversee operations across 5–7 airport locations
Lead, coach, and develop General Managers and site leadership teams
Drive food safety, compliance, and operational governance across all locations
Ensure proper logs, audits, reporting, and food safety standards are consistently maintained
Monitor financials, labor, KPIs, guest experience, and operational performance
Build and maintain strong relationships with United Airlines and other key stakeholders
Communicate confidently with multiple levels of client leadership
Identify operational challenges and implement solutions across the district
Be highly visible in the operation, spending at least 3 days per week in the field
Travel approximately 75% across the assigned airport markets
What We’re Looking For
MUST have strong multi-unit operations experience
Contract foodservice experience strongly preferred
Proven experience leading and developing General Managers
Strong food safety and compliance background - audits, governance, documentation, and standards
Polished and professional with strong client-facing skills
Comfortable communicating with multiple senior stakeholders
Strong operational and financial understanding
Must be comfortable with 75% travel
Location
Atlanta is preferred, but candidates based in one of the following airport markets will be considered:
