Job description
Compass Group USA is seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple high-profile data center dining operations across U.S. regions with ~50-60% travel.
You will lead General Managers and Directors of Dining Services, ensuring top-tier food safety, hospitality, and financial performance while partnering with Compass leadership on strategic initiatives. The role requires 5-7 years in contract foodservice management, strong leadership, and proven P&L management across sites.
