Responsibilities
Sell ADP human resources technology to companies with 50–999 employees in a designated geographic territory, cultivating new business and managing complete sales cycles. Effectively forecast and maintain a sales pipeline, present ADP solutions to executives, and partner with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Two+ years of quota‑carrying, outside B2B sales experience.
Three+ years in HCM, technology, or related enterprise software sales.
Proven ability to win new business and close deals in a competitive environment.
Strong self‑starter with the ability to cold‑call, manage time, and communicate persuasively across media.
Entrepreneurial mindset, confident, and resilient under pressure.
Demonstrated ability to build trusted advisor relationships and deliver commitments.
High ethical standards and a genuine passion for client success.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building a professional network and using social media for sales.
