A Natural Leader: Motivator and mentor who empowers teams to own responsibilities and grow careers; strong communication skills for leading diverse teams and engaging external partners.

The Heart of a Steward: Commitment to safety, environmental stewardship, and BMPs, recognizing the responsibility of managing 145,000 acres for long‑term success.
