Job description
Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is seeking a District Manager to lead a group of restaurant locations with a hands-on, results-driven approach. You will coach General Managers, monitor operations, and drive sustainable financial performance across multiple units.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of multi-unit leadership in a restaurant setting, with a strong grasp of P&L, labor, food cost and scheduling, plus willingness to travel within the market to ensure execution.
