Job description
Baskin-Robbins is seeking a District Manager to lead and develop store managers across our Illinois market. You will drive operational excellence, ensure customer satisfaction, and steward financial performance through coaching and process improvements.
The role requires 3–5 years in fast casual operations, strong communication, and the ability to train across operations, marketing, and store financials. Travel to stores is expected.
