Job description
ALDI USA is seeking a District Manager Trainee (DMT) in Eastern North Carolina. The 44‑week training program develops leaders to oversee multiple stores, drive sales, ensure customer service, and build strong teams.
It includes hands-on experience, company training materials, and a path to district leadership after completion. Starting salary is $95,000 with a $5,000 signing bonus; subsequent raises to $110,000, $120,000, and $130,000 reflect performance and tenure as responsibilities expand
