Job description
Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking a District Manager to lead approximately 10-15 store locations across the Oregon region. You will supervise sales teams, mentor Store Managers, and drive district sales performance with a focus on staffing, training, merchandising, and customer experience.
The role requires strong leadership, recruitment, and coaching abilities, plus substantial retail experience and travel across the district.
