Job description
Jared Jewelers in the Dallas–Fort Worth area seeks a District Manager to lead multiple store managers, set performance expectations, and drive district operations. You will coach teams, monitor progress, and translate company goals into actionable plans across the region.
Required are a Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years in leadership with multi-site experience; proficiency in MS Office, Reflexis, and Workday is a plus. Expect up to 80% travel and a focus on store performance and brand standards.
