Key Responsibilities
Manage and support multiple restaurant locations to achieve operational goals.
Drive sales growth and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Lead, recruit, coach, and develop high-performing restaurant management teams.
Oversee P&L management, food safety, labor control, and compliance.
Travel regularly between assigned locations to provide hands‑on leadership.
Qualifications
5+ years of multi‑unit restaurant leadership experience in QSR or fast‑casual brands.
7+ years of experience in QR industry.
Proven success in managing multiple locations and leading teams effectively.
Strong skills in operations, financial management, and team development.
Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and leadership abilities.
Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
