Key Responsibilities
Manage and support multiple restaurant locations to achieve operational goals.
Drive sales growth and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Lead, recruit, coach, and develop high-performing restaurant management teams.
Oversee P&L management, food safety, labor control, and compliance.
Travel regularly between assigned locations to provide hands-on leadership.
Qualifications
5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience in QSR or fast-casual brands.
7+ years of experience in QR industry.
Proven success in managing multiple locations and leading teams effectively.
Strong skills in operations, financial management, and team development.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
