Job description
Haffner's is seeking a District Manager to oversee operations of multiple convenience store locations within a designated district. You will lead hiring, training, and development of store managers and staff, and drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction in line with company policies.
This exempt role requires a flexible schedule, travel between stores, and the ability to analyze financial performance to implement growth strategies.
