Job description
TJX Companies is seeking a district leader to manage a portfolio of 10+ high-volume retail stores with a combined annual volume exceeding $100M. You will recruit, hire, and mentor store leaders, resolve operational and HR issues, and align teams with company initiatives and loss-prevention goals.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in multi-store leadership, strong retail operations and merchandising knowledge, and a proven track record in developing associates at all levels.
