Job description
Dunkin' is seeking a District Manager to lead 5-7 Dunkin' restaurants in the region. You will coach Restaurant Managers, drive sales and profitability, and ensure Brand standards and guest satisfaction across the portfolio.
Responsibilities include recruiting and developing leaders, conducting store visits, and partnering with franchise ownership and Dunkin Brand Field Operations to execute promotions and initiatives. Travel between locations is required.
