Job description
Farmers Insurance Agencies is seeking a District Manager to lead a geographic district, coach agency owners, and drive profitable growth across your network. You’ll operate your district with autonomy, build a high-performing team, and partner with Farmers to expand market presence.
Qualifications include 5+ years in leadership, sales or financial services, licenses in P&C and Life & Health, and completion of the University of Farmers District Manager Program.
