Job description
A Plus Automotive is seeking a District Manager to lead and develop operations across multiple locations. You will oversee general manager duties, staffing, KPI tracking, and customer experience to ensure profitability and growth.
In this role you will recruit, train, and motivate teams, manage schedules and payroll, review performance metrics daily, and communicate with leadership to implement changes that improve service delivery and drive results.
