Buff City Soap is seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple Makeries, drive revenue, manage production and operations, and lead teams across locations in Iowa. The role requires coaching, strategic planning, and strong adherence to company policies to maintain Buff City Soap standards.
Responsibilities include staffing, training, budgeting, expense control, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Expect 40–45 hours per week with potential for bonuses based on performance.
