Job description
Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a District Manager to lead the Restaurant Management Teams across the district, ensuring each team performs to defined standards in all areas of their job descriptions.
The role requires 7–10 years of restaurant experience and 3–5 years in management (multi-unit preferred). A strong focus on forecasting, budgeting, coaching, and guest satisfaction is essential; travel is 4–5 days per week.
