Job description
The J.Jill Group is seeking a District Manager to lead a multi-store district, drive sales performance, and develop store management talent. You will coach managers to deliver selling culture, visual standards, and operational excellence while expanding customer loyalty through local outreach.
You will hire, coach, and develop district managers and associates, align stores with brand standards, and partner with corporate to implement programs.
