Job description
Vineyard Vines is seeking an experienced retail operations leader in the Cincinnati, OH area to manage multiple stores and lead a high-performance team. You will connect field teams with Harbor Drive, recruit top talent, and ensure core values are embodied in store operations.
You will drive customer experiences, brand initiatives, and cross-channel execution while developing succession plans and optimizing regional performance. Travel up to 75–80% across stores is required.
