LOFT in Rochester, NY is seeking a District Manager to oversee Upstate NY stores. You will drive profitability by focusing on guest experience, operations, product management and talent development across multiple locations.
You’ll coach and recruit talent, conduct regular store visits, educate store managers on marketing, pricing, and lifestyle concepts, and uphold merchandising standards. Travel between stores is required.
