Job description
Riser Fitness is seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple Pilates studios in the region. You will lead General Managers, drive membership growth, manage revenue streams, and implement sales initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
The role reports to the Director of Sales/Operations and offers a base salary of $80,000–$85,000 with a bonus opportunity up to $36,000 annually. Prior Pilates experience is preferred but not required.
