Job description
Capstone Restaurant Group seeks a District Manager to drive performance across the restaurant management teams within the district. You will ensure training, motivation, and guest satisfaction while supervising QSC standards and coaching managers.
You will oversee orientation, development, and performance feedback, recruit leaders, analyze financial results, and coordinate with Marketing on local programs. A strong track record in multi-unit restaurant leadership is required.
