District Manager OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced District Manager to oversee multiple Quick Service Restaurant locations throughout Iowa. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven multi-unit restaurant leader who excels at developing General Managers, improving restaurant performance, and driving strong financial and operational results.Candidates may be located in or around Waterloo, Cedar Rapids, Iowa City, Mount Pleasant, Burlington, or surrounding areas.Compensation & BenefitsBase salary up to $75,000, with potential flexibility for an exceptional candidateApproximately $468 monthly vehicle allowanceMileage reimbursement$99.99 monthly phone allowanceBenefits packageLong-term career growth opportunities with an established restaurant organizationWhat You'll DoAs District Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of multiple restaurant locations and the development of their General Managers and leadership teams.Key responsibilities include:Lead, coach, and develop General Managers across multiple locationsDrive restaurant sales, profitability, and operational performanceAnalyze P&L statements and identify opportunities to improve financial resultsMaintain high standards for food quality, guest service, cleanliness, and food safetyEnsure restaurants meet company operating standardsDevelop strong restaurant management teams through training, coaching, and accountabilityEstablish clear performance expectations and follow up on resultsManage labor, scheduling, budgeting, and other key operating metricsIdentify performance gaps and implement effective action plansEnsure compliance with company policies and applicable employment and safety regulationsTravel regularly between restaurant locations throughout the assigned districtWhat We're Looking For5–7 years of restaurant management experienceMulti-unit Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) management experience strongly preferredProven success leading and developing General ManagersStrong P&L and financial management experienceDemonstrated ability to improve sales, profitability, labor, and operational performanceStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to achieve results through othersExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsSelf-motivated with a strong sense of urgencyValid driver's license and good driving recordBachelor's degree in Business, Restaurant Management, Finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be consideredBilingual Spanish is a plusReady for Your Next Step?If you're a successful District Manager, Area Manager, Multi-Unit Manager, or experienced restaurant operator looking for an opportunity to lead multiple locations and make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you.Apply today for confidential consideration.
