Job description
A growing restaurant organization is looking for a high-performing District Manager to oversee multiple locations throughout the Chicago South Suburbs.
This is a hands-on multi-unit leadership opportunity for an experienced operator who knows how to develop managers, improve restaurant performance, and maintain strong operational standards across multiple locations.
What We're Looking For
Strong operational leadership skills
Experience developing and holding General Managers accountable
Demonstrated ability to improve sales, labor, food cost, and overall restaurant performance
Comfortable working in high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environments
Strong communication and leadership presence
Ability to work effectively across multiple locations
What's Offered
$90,000 to $100,000 base salary
