Job description
ALDI is seeking motivated individuals for the District Manager Trainee program in Moreno Valley, CA. Over a 44-week training period, you will gain hands-on experience preparing you to oversee multiple ALDI stores. This role focuses on leadership, operational excellence, and sales growth across the Moreno Valley division serving the San Diego metro area.
Starting salary is $105,000 with a $5,000 signing bonus. Yearly salary increases are planned to $120,000, $130,000, and $140,000.
