District ManagerJoin the largest and fastest growing Dunkin' franchisee organization in MD/ DE with developments scheduled throughout the Eastern shores of MD/DE. We are aggressively building a best-in-class restaurant management team and currently seeking exceptional full-time District Managers.Principal Responsibilities and Key ActivitiesFranchise network management and Operations ManagementLead day-to-day operations with a multi-unit portfolio of storesManaging an area of multiple food service locationsRegional management extending to MD, DE and the Baltimore-Annapolis areasProvide role model leadership training and development for your teamThese individuals will:Exhibit an enthusiasm for the businessTake pride in delivering consistently superior customer serviceProvide role model leadership training and development for your teamExemplify the highest integrity, work ethic and team-orientationReport to the Operations DirectorStrive to create the best operating reputation on the Eastern Shore.Be willing to have fun!Proven success in QSR management is preferred.
