Job description
Family Dollar in Charleston, SC is seeking a District Manager to lead 15+ store teams across the district, driving profitability and customer service excellence.
You will recruit, coach, and develop store managers, oversee merchandising, operations, and budgets, and foster a safe, inclusive work environment while traveling up to 50% to support the district.
