Job description
Tractor Supply Company is seeking a District Manager to provide direction and oversight of operational and financial performance across 10–15 stores. You will drive sales, margin, and district metrics while leading merchandising execution and loss prevention programs.
Responsibilities include recruiting and developing Store Managers, managing staffing and training, ensuring safety, and maintaining brand standards. Travel is required up to 90% with a hybrid/flexible schedule.
